Do you offer gift cards?

No , we do not offer gift cards at the moment.

What are the payment options?

The payment method accepted are Credit / Money Transfers and Cash upon Delivery.

What is your return policy?

Items can only be returned if they have not been used nor open. The only exception is if damage is done to the item and evidence must be provided to prove this .

What is the methods of Delivery?

Delivery is done via Zipmail, Knutsford and Jamaica Post at an additional cost .

Where is your store located?

This is an online store we do not have a set location . We deliver to you by the delivery method you prefer.

Do you do Wholesale?

Yes we do wholesale on some items . Contact us for Wholesale inquiries

Do you have any pickups options ?

Yes we do. Free pickup is done at UWI, Down Town and New Kingston - Sagicor Building.

What is your refund policy ?

Items can not be refunded ,only exchanged.
